Contest Terms of Use

The contest is open to individuals who are at least 18 years old at the time of entry. Employees of Spot Easy and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

To enter the contest, participants must obtain their individual referral link from Spot Easy and share it with others. The recipient of the link must visit the designated website through the provided referral link.

The winners will be determined based on the number of recorded “clicks” for each participant’s individualized link. The participant with the highest number of clicks within the contest time frame will be declared the winner.

There will be four winners selected. Each winner will receive a $500 Airbnb gift card. Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.

The contest will commence on specific dates that will be communicated to participants. All entries must be received by the end of the contest period to be eligible for consideration.

The winners will be notified via email within 5 business days after the end of the contest period. If a winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 24 hours of notification, an alternative winner may be selected at the discretion of Spot Easy.

By participating in the contest, participants agree to allow Spot Easy to use their names, likeness, and submitted materials for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Spot Easy reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors beyond our control impair the integrity or proper functioning of the contest. This contest is subject to all applicable laws and regulations.

By participating, participants release and hold harmless Spot Easy, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising from or in connection with the contest or any prize won.

Participation in the contest constitutes the participant’s full and unconditional agreement to and acceptance of these official rules and the decisions of Spot Easy, which are final and binding.

By participating in this contest, participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Spot Easy reserves the right to amend these rules at any time without prior notice.
